The whole process from start to finish was seamless, and every step was made very clear. I received the scan results, neurologist’s report, and a phone call from the consultant within 24 hours of the scan. A fantastic service and excellent value for money.

Booked an MRI scan via Scan.com (easy to do) and attended Jorja Healthcare at Paddington for the scan. Welcoming staff, spotlessly clean. Open scanner (better for people suffering claustrophobia). Clinician (Azmina) was superb - considerate, calm, patient and friendly. Very thorough scan; had the results in a couple of days and can view them at home. A pleasant doctor also called me to discuss results. Cannot fault the service and would definitely attend here again. Also very reasonable prices!

I went to have an MRI scan. I booked here because of it's very reasonable price compared to other clinics. I mean a good few hundred cheaper. The clinic is literally 5 mins from Paddington and easy to find. It's a lovely clean decor and the staff are fantastic. The staff are so accommodating and just really lovely. I will definitely recommend this place if you're going private

I decided to use Scan.com because I thought it will be convenient. I’ve received the assessment call on Monday evening but didn’t receive any booking until Friday. I kept calling them everyday to follow up as I was and I still am in severe discomfort. Called them Friday morning, the agent finally followed up the centre about my booking. Jorja Clinic called me right up and said if I can come soon to do my MRI. Weekend passed and as per the technician I will get the result by Monday evening or Tuesday morning, spoke to them and said they don’t have the result yet. After a while they sent an email with the result. I received the call in the afternoon just to be told that there is no problem with my right hand and if I still having discomfort I might consider doing a right wrist MRI, take note that I just did a right hand MRI. Lesson learned: See a doctor in person so you don’t waste money and time doing MRI and still not resolving the issue.

Flawless from beginning to end. Booking process made easy, pre-appointment telephone consultation, MRI scan location and clinic both fantastic and results and report delivered quickly. I had been waiting for an MRI on the NHS for 13 weeks and, being in excruciating pain and being told to take paracetamol, I decided to pay for a private MRI with scan.com. I have a torn meniscus, a sprained ligament, a misaligned platella and a cyst on the tibia! I have now been referred to an orthopaedic surgeon and been given prescription painkillers. Thank you for a fantastic service. I was starting to feel hopeless!

The treatment was excellent, and the speed of communication was very good, but the only note is the difficulty of having parking for the car close to the center, so whoever comes with his own car must plan to find parking nearby.

I was looking for a place to do my MRI scan and came across UK.Scan.com and after reading the reviews I thought I'll give it a go. And it was a good choice! Finding a clinic and make the appointment was super easy, all communication through emails were on spot and the friendly staff at the clinic was a bonus. I felt overall well informed and guided, hence I highly recommend their services. I got my MRI appointment without waiting long (only two days) and received the report one day after the MRI appointment. This service is very impressive when you want efficient and fast results. I'm very happy with this experience, got great value for little money. Hope I won't have another injury but in case I do, I will use this service again.

The service was excellent in terms of speed and value. The structure includes a pre-discussion and a post-discussion with an expert or consultant in radiology. Viewing or sharing the images could be made simpler and any conclusions discussed on the expert's opinion on prognosis and treatment could be included in the report as disappointing news is difficult to digest mixed with valuable advice.

Great service and best price. I was immediately contacted by a consultant over the phone after I booked scan and again after the scan , talking me through the results. I feel I could have been better guided through the procedure at The Living Room. There was little explanation as to what was happening. Overall though very pleased , clear images and comprehensive report , thank you.

I like that they are quick, polite and considerate the downside is that they got wrong my DOB in imaging and also in medical report and when asked to correct it they did nothing about it

It was very good to be able to make a self-referral. The experience itself was excellent and the radiographers professional and very courteous. The report was excellent with very helpful explanatory tools online explaining everything. Things that could help: I would have liked to have known the professional background of the clinician who liaised with me over the phone. Secondly you fill in information online before attending so being asked by front of house on leaving to complete another form felt a bit much. I would have preferred being asked to do this before the scan. Minor details I know but they matter, Overall a good service.

Excellent and speedy service. The process which includes a conversation with a clinician before and after the scan is especially helpful, as is the interactive patient-friendly report in addition to the main clinical report. Have recommended to friends.

It is a shame to only give it three stars, because the actual clinical service was excellent, physiotherapist, radiographer and the radiologist's report. It was also remarkably good value for money, one competitor aking three times as much However the nonclinical bureaucracy and communication was appalling. When I paid them I was met with a patronising message starting "good news" which I tried to send to the CEO, but he, as most executives of dodgy companies do, conceals his email address. I was repeatedly asked for the same information on forms. Getting in and out of the building where the scan took place was a real performance. The receptionist was to put it neutrally devoid of charm (unimportant but you expect someone who can communicate properly in a private facility). (A few typos in original review corrected, and the use of 'reach out' in the message below is another illustration of the sloppiness of the business. They should employ people who can write in English not jargon)

Everything went very smoothly and I received my detailed results very quickly and I felt they were correct and reflected my experiences in my injury. I was very impressed with the results and the administrative instructions were all effective.

The reception staff excellent she made me a coffee which i desperately needed. A beautiful warm smile and beautiful personality nothing was too much for her she really gave reassurance so thank you. Lack of punctuality Calls way beyond 5:30 like stated, follow up reports were not attached to the email. Required me to call and follow up several times.

Very easy to book. Great value, fast, and all was very slick when I had my MRI (I went with Living Room Health). It was the first time I had paid privately for my healthcare and would recommend it. Just a shame the NHS can't be like this.

Quick, easy and simple

The location (Living Room Health, Paddington) was very convenient - staff very welcoming and the whole process very straightforward. I was a little bit surprised that the images were not sent to me in a format which I could keep - I was advised that they would be "available" for 7 days - longer by arrangements (extra cost) but it was sufficient to be able to discuss with my osteopath, which was the object of the exercise.

Good service quick and professional

I came across Living Room Health on a website uk.scan.com after injuring my right knee and being lost in the NHS system awaiting an MRI to determine damage. From the first minute I engaged with LRH they were nothing short of professional and on the money wit everything. My MRI was at 12pm on the Thursday and by 6.30pm that night I had the report and knew exactly what I had done in terms of injury and can now start rehab with all the information I needed. Fully worth the money I paid (& then some!) as I was told I would be waiting until at least February for a scan on the NHS for an injury that occurred in November!

Although I had to wait about 20 minutes for the scan, I am very impressed with the service. The staff were polite and efficient and I was very pleased with the attention I was given by the medical professional with whom I had a thorough pre-scan phone discussion and, best of all, thorough post-scan verbal feedback later the same day. The use of explanation 'boxes' in the report to use everyday language where medical jargon is difficult to understand is genius! Worth every penny.
